Waves of Grace Therapy offers adult ADHD assessment through clinical interviews, standardized screening tools, and a comprehensive review of symptoms and daily functioning. We also provide counseling to help with focus, organization, time management, executive functioning, and managing the impact of ADHD on work, school, and relationships.

ADHD diagnosis is based on clinical interviewing, symptom assessment, and evaluation of how symptoms affect functioning across settings. Screening tools may be used as part of the assessment process.

Waves of Grace Therapy does not provide comprehensive neuropsychological or psychoeducational testing. Some schools, universities, testing agencies, or disability resource offices may require a full psychoeducational evaluation completed by a licensed psychologist, so it is important to check the specific documentation requirements beforehand.

We also provide ADHD skills counseling for college students and adults who need support with procrastination, planning, organization, time management, motivation, and academic demands.
